PRINT QUALITY
Most of our products are Risograph printed. Given the nature of this printing method, some of our publications and posters may contain small imperfections, such small shifts between colour layers, roller marks or uneven colour coverage.
SHIPPING
Orders are usually shipped once a week on Fridays. Where possible, we ship publications by PostNL in packaging that fits through your letter box. Posters are rolled and shipped in mailing tubes. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and borne by the customer.Â
COUNTRIES
If your country is currently not listed as a shipping destination, please reach out by email, so that we can explore potential shipping options. For deliveries to non-EU countries, customers may be charged additional VAT charges and customs duties.Â
RETURNS
We accept returns for items purchased from our website within 30 days of the delivery date. In case you would like to return your order, please contact us by email. Returned items must be in new and unused with no signs of damage or wear. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.Â
REFUNDS
Once we have received and assessed the returned item, we will refund the order amount to the original payment method. This may take up to 5-10 business days to process.
DAMAGES
In case your order reaches you with significant damages or defects, please contact us by email. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund.Â
