The zine reflects on how the contemporary graphic design field has become increasingly enmeshed with planetary extractivism and climate degradation, namely through its increased dependence on cloud computing and an aggressive push to adopt generative AI tools.

Informed by field research on the site of a future Meta data centre in rural Spain, the publication explores what gets destroyed and displaced when the physical infrastructures underpinning this digital expansion materialise on the ground and puts these developments into a historical perspective.

Responding to the hidden and multi-scalar nature of cloud computing infrastructures, the zine consists of three different paper sizes (from almost A4 to A6) that partly hide the different narrative layers from each other.
