“Cloud River” facilitates a dialogue between an existing cluster of Big Tech data centres in North Holland and the prospective site of a new hyperscale data centre campus in Central Spain. In doing so, the poster highlights the environmental and societal impact of unfettered computing infrastructure expansion in Europe.
